i just wanna bake, not ice urrghhhhhh!

So it seems these days every baker must also be a cake designer or artist. I was real bad at icing or designing. I just wantd to bake diff kinds of cakes for people. Inshort let me just say i dint kno how to ice a cake. Inshort i cud not even make icing. And i stubbornly refused to learn to ice. I simply wasnt interested in that part. Instead i employed someone who would handle icings. This girl successfully chased away all my customers with her poor work hmmmm. Inshort i remembr one customer callin me and insulting my even my forefathers join sef, cos of the hopeless icing my madam did on her cake. After that insult and buckets of tears, i decided to forget about bakery xpress. I felt it wasnt just workin..i felt i was hopless at it. I felt i wil never be able to ice or design so no need sinc they must go along with baking. Well fastforward to 2012 after nysc, i decided to go back and be serious with the dream, bakery xpress was properly registrred, i ended up learnin the basics of icing and the rest is........
